We will discuss ways of having houses earn more points, So within the school year we can acknowledge those students with the most points and give them prizes. If you have any ideas on how we can increase the house points and ways to earn more, please PM the admin.

this board holds all the applications set out in the right category depending on the member group signed up too. you can go through and grab one if you need it. these will be in alphabetical order.

you can find all important claims here, more will be added as the site progresses making it easier on people. please make sure to use the forms and code them properly. make sure to use color codes where appropriate to make it easier for us.

an integral part of role play is the plotting, letting people get to know your characters and deciding if they want to plot their characters with them. it's a good way to get to know people on the site as well and make some new friends.

if you're looking for a certain character to be a sibling, relative, or a lover of you're character this is the place to be. let people know what you're after and you should have it taken up quite fast. feel free to browse through the threads here.

the form of mail in the wizarding world. it's fast enough although it might take a few days to get your parcel or letter, least you get the joy of seeing a pretty bird. the best form of communication in this world.

no matter what the event is, all events will be held in this board, so remember that please. we will try and do at least one event a month, or more depending on the popularity of the current one. we will post an announcement when there is an event, and describe the setting for you.

the grounds are some of the busiest places in all of hogwarts, as well as holding some of the out door classes, such as herbology and care of magical creatures. it also holds the expanse of grass, that leads right on down to the lake, and the forbidden forest. then you've got the quidditch pitch.

slytherin, gryffindor, ravenclaw, or hufflepuff, which one are you in? they all have their own locations, and ways to get in, so remember to speak to the prefects if you intend on getting into your common room at the beginning of the year. it's a busy place, a great place to converse with your housemates, and meet new people.

hogwarts is a school, so you should remember that it also holds classrooms - as much as you might want to skip them, if you ever intend on getting that job you want, you might want to consider actually showing up to them, that or face detention, and you never know what to expect when you go to detention.

the lower levels of the school, where you'll find the potions classroom, the kitchens, and the slytherin common room. as well as the potions masters office. this place is pretty dingy and cold, since it is under ground. they aren't a popular gathering spot for students.

this is where your adventure begins at hogwarts, where you'll experience the greatest foods, and meet some of the most memorable people. you'll come here for events, and for school meetings. you'll come here to eat, and here to be sorted into your houses. one of the most visited areas of the school, other than classrooms.

the library is definitely a busy location, especially when it's raining outside, or between periods. you'll find everything you really need here, if you intend on studying or finishing an assignment for class. hit up the library. but remember, if you wish to check a book out of the restricted section, you need permission from a teacher.

of course, if you wind up here you've either come down with something, been injured or hexed - unless of course you're visiting a friend. it's not the most pleasant place in the school to visit, but of course, it's not a very popular place to visit.

also known as the come and go room, the room of requirements is a room that is able to create itself based on your most urgent needs. say you need a bathroom, one will appear, or a place to hide something, then you'll certainly find a place here. or maybe you're just after a place to get away from all the problems that are going on around you, well, surely the room will find something for you.

if you wish to send a letter off to someone, then this is the place to begin. one of the taller towers, this is home to all of those beautiful owls that students are able to bring with them when they start here. find yourself an owl, and send them off with the letter to whomever you wish.

can't find the right board to post in? then post it here, as long as it's based around the school. prefect toilets, the towers, hallways, any of that. just use this board here, let's save a little room for you all. make sure your thread states the location of where your character is, so the person replying is able to use that information in their own.

not far from hogwarts, is the small wizarding community of hogsmeade. hogwarts holds weekend visits for students who have permission to head down here. you'll find all different stores, and pubs here, just remember to steer clear of some of the dodgier looking places.

one of the more popular wizarding destinations, you'll find all of your shopping needs right here at your fingertips. gringotts bank, ollivanders wand shop, eeylops owl emporium, and so much more. everything you might need can be found right here.

you'll be coming here if you wish to get to hogwarts. join your friends on the hogwarts express, and make your way on the long journey to the school. it's a beautiful journey, and a great chance to get to know people in your year. if its your first year, this might all seem a little astonishing, but you're bound to love it.

no matter where you live, this will be the board to post in if you're posting at your house. remember to describe things, whether its the decor, or the exterior of the house, others don't know what you imagine when you think of your characters home.
